Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist donors with a friendly and welcoming attitude Accept, sort, and categorize incoming donations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient donation area Ensure donations are properly handled and processed Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and donors Qualifications:
Friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service Previous experience in a retail or donation center environment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided) Must be 18 years or older At Thrift World, being a Community Donation Attendant means becoming an essential part of our mission to give back to the community.
