This is a full-time Plumbing Technician position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Technicians are dispatched directly from home to job sites each day, eliminating the need to report to a central office before starting their work.
WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN? Each day will begin by dispatching directly from your home to residential job sites. Upon arrival, you will assess and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and perform repairs or replacements in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards. You will communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, present multiple solution options using visual aids, and explain transparent pricing through our structured service process. The role requires accurate documentation of all work performed using our field software, while keeping both the office and the customer informed throughout the service. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will participate in ongoing training and Nexstar-based coaching designed to enhance your technical abilities, sales skills, and personal development.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN?
2+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Experience in a customer-facing service role and familiarity with ServiceTitan software (or similar) are a plus! Complete our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application to take the first step toward joining us!
