GATE ATTENDANT Full Time

Pay Range : $18 - $22

FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Business Unit : Rentals

Reports to : Operations Manager

Travel Requirement : Yes

Job Description Peak’s Gate Attendant guards and monitors company grounds to prevent theft, violence, or other loss of company property.

Essential Job Functions

Monitors entrances and exits preventing unapproved or unlawful entry.

Patrols site on foot or in vehicles.

Greets and directs visitors, provides temporary visitor IDs, and maintains a visitors log.

Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the post.

Physical Demands and Exposures

Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.

Repeated movements; bending or twisting of the body, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling.

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Ability to lift individually: Maximum 25 lbs
