Overview
Alan B. Miller Medical Center, opening in Spring 2026, will be a state‑of‑the‑art hospital located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The new facility will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building, a helistop, and approximately 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space. It will provide comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Neurosurgical services.
Responsibilities Provides shift‑to‑shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care. Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner. Role models organizational values. Provides real‑time feedback to staff to improve performance. Leads or participates in department process improvement to improve project outcomes. Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional/shared governance participation.
Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain patient care areas, corridors, offices, perioperative areas, and public spaces. Other areas of the hospital may be assigned, additionally. Cleans, disinfects, and replenishes supplies in assigned areas of the hospital. Maintain environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of the hospital and comply with regulatory requirements. Account for cleaning inventory and equipment ensuring that the necessary tools are available to perform the job.

Experience: Acute care experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including good communication.
