Job Summary Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris from the store.
Responsibilities
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned; support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
Execute flawless inventory management, including stock rotation, merchandising, and the creation of labels and/or sales tags.
Handle damaged goods and expired products in accordance with company policies.
Perform general housekeeping duties – remove trash, cardboard, and other debris, and maintain display signage.
Support the daily delivery of
GOLD Member Standards
through friendly, proactive service and a safe, positive environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily gold–grand opening looks and promotional plans.
Move with speed, agility, and innovation to adapt to changing priorities.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times.
Ensure safety, secure workplace and e‑services to comply with all regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
Qualifications
Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
Big‑box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
At least 18 years of age.
Environmental Job Conditions
Move continuously on a hard surface; frequently bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, and stoop.
Frequently lift objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
Compete in a comfortable indoor environment surrounded by machinery and/or loud equipment.
Possible exposure to cleaning agents and to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens and coolers.
Compensation Pay range: $17.00 – $20.83 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on location, education, experience and qualifications. BB’s wholesale club pursues a pay‑range transparency approach as required by policy.
