We’re looking for a skilled and motivated
Field Foreman
to lead commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an experienced plumber who can manage crews, coordinate with project managers and contractors, and ensure that all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment for assigned projects
Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable codes and company standards
Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to the project manager
Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers
Promote job site safety and enforce company safety policies
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of commercial plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, and local codes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proven leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Journeyman plumber license preferred (not required)
Competitive pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)
