Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tag and Title Clerk located in the South Metro Atlanta. The role involves accurately preparing and processing legal documents related to vehicle titling and registration. Daily responsibilities include submitting new and used vehicle title and registration paperwork to state agencies in compliance with regulations, maintaining records for vehicle deals, and ensuring timely communication with key stakeholders regarding document processing. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and external parties.
Basic knowledge of Accounting practices to handle financial transactions and documentation.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office software and systems for managing title and registration records.
CDK, Title Tec, DLRDMV and DLR50 Experience is required.
Previous experience as an Automotive Tag and Title Clerk is required.
Familiarity with automotive industry processes or prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to adhere to compliance standards and state regulations.
