Master Scheduler Retirement.... wait isn't it supposed to be new year, new you? Yet we start the ad with retirement? While our current person has decided to retire; we are looking for someone to help us efficiently "retire" work orders by turning them into sales dollars.

Maybe the new year isn't making us a comedian, but perhaps your resolution for a new opportunity fits with our resolution to bring best practices, and improved SOPs to our scheduling team. If so consider joining our team and leading the scheduling of a high mix, fast paced, manufacturing environment.

General Summary The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining all production plans and schedules, leading a team to ensure efficient production scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning in a low(er) volume, high mix manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing short- and long-term planning to meet production goals, creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitating cross-functional communication to support timely delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and experience in optimizing production processes.

Education Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred with 3+ years manufacturing experience in a scheduling role or equivalent work experience in a related field

Five years manufacturing experience in a scheduling role or equivalent work experience in a related field.

APICS certification preferred

Also required is a working knowledge of MRP (Epicor experience a plus), Lean Manufacturing or QRM, and the manufacturing process, i.e. flow of work, machine capacity planning, etc.
