As the new maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the lift stations and the sewer conveyance system. Responsibilities
Performs skilled and semi‑skilled maintenance tasks in maintaining Lift Stations.
Assists in Lift Station lawn maintenance and appearance.
Operates various hand and power tools, lawn mowers, and trimmers.
Maintains assigned vehicles and equipment.
Follow safety procedures.
Repairs to landscaping.
Assists the supply clerk with picking up orders from the warehouse.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent; six (6) months of related maintenance experience necessary.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Background investigation including supervised drug screen, post‑offer/pre‑employment medical screen, and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of sewer system equipment.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
Skill in the repair and maintenance of sewer conveyance system components.
Skill in establishing priorities and organizing work.
Skill in the use of hand and power tools.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Location & Hours
Work Location: 230 Agonic Road.
Work Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm.
