What You’ll Do:
Prepare or review of global transfer pricing compliance requirements around the world including transfer pricing documentation, intercompany tax disclosure forms, and country-by-country reporting.
Create and optimize complex financial models including preparation of intercompany calculations that supports expense charge outs, reconciliation of financial data against multiple sources of information, and analysis of supply chain restructuring planning.
Support implementation and maintenance of global transfer pricing policies in alignment with OECD Guidelines and local country regulations.
Participate in functional interviews, learning about the different types of intercompany transactions and applying that knowledge in a variety of reports and analyses.
Assist with the responses to income tax audits by providing clear and timely responses to various tax authorities.
Prepare calculations and documentation related to transfer pricing in support of quarterly tax provision process.
Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislations that impact the company.
Prepare certain aspects of BEAT and FDII calculations for the quarterly provision, annual compliance, and tax planning projects.
Collaborate with team members in other areas of tax and finance functions to assist with transfer pricing aspects of special projects as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience, especially in transfer pricing and/or international tax
Strong analytical, financial accounting, communication, and tax research skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience with One Source software, SAP, OneStream
A team oriented, enthusiastic, customer-centric attitude
Where You'll Work:
This is a hybrid-based role that will report out of our Bellevue, WA office
The salary range is $119,480 - $165,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
