Human Resources Service Delivery Analyst
Remote Continental US
As a Human Resources Service Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Business Relationship Managers, HR Shared Services functional teams, HR Operations Service Provider and Centers of Excellence leads to ensure HR Service Delivery quality and efficiency. You will perform regular data analysis, trend reporting and prepare proposed recommendations to optimize the overall stakeholder and colleague Human Resources experience and ensure sustainment of the operating model.
In this role, you will help identify and resolve issues, participate in complex projects and continuous process improvement activities, as well as support the overall management of CVS Health's Human Resources Service Delivery. This role requires strategic analysis and reporting skills, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Digital content development, including Microsoft Sharepoint, web application development tools.
- Lead communications and change management activities for HR programs or equivalent. Includes documentation of impact analysis, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate across HR COEs while leading project and communication deliverables to completion, in accordance with HR practices and confidentiality.
- Deliver reporting and analytics relating to CVS Health Human Resource Service Delivery activities. Provide summary reports and recommendations for HR leadership and third-party providers.
- Leading strategic projects, holding stakeholders accountable and driving results within budget and assigned time frames.
Skills and attributes to be successful:
- Human Resources consultation experience, preferably in cross functional capacity and ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership.
- Human Capital Management and HR Service Delivery system experience or project management leadership equivalent.
- Human Capital Management and HR Service delivery application experience (either direct processing or program or project implementation experience)
- Experience working in Human Resources within one or more of the following areas: Project Management, HR Information Technology, HR Reporting and Analysis, Employee Data / Records Management, HR Operations or Service Delivery/Call Center.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years project management - As a responsible party driving project outcomes, ownership and deliverables in a department or organizational project or program.
- 1+ year using project management tools (applications or applied project management methodologies like AGILE)
- 3+ years working in Human Resources function supporting programs, projects and HR service delivery or consultation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Human Resources within one or more of the following areas: Project Management, HR Information Technology, HR Reporting and Analysis, Employee Data / Records Management, HR Operations or Service Delivery/Call Center.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
