This is an amazing opportunity to join our established multi-doctor optometry practice in this growing family friendly Little Rock suburb. Robust Base Salary, $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and a growth-based financial incentive. This family-oriented group practice prioritizes optimal patient care and is looking for an optometrist to embrace the community feel of the practice. You will see approximately 20-25 patients a day with a combination of routine comprehensive eye exams and medical based optometry (co-managing, pre & post op). The clinic is fully staffed including a general office manager, as well as an optical department manager. It is fully individually equipped for each doctor. The Little Rock area has a thriving community with many neighborhood options to suit a variety of lifestyles. Large enough to be culturally diverse and small enough to encourage a feeling of community. Located within 20 minutes of Little Rock on I-30.
