About the Community Estate at Woodmen Ridge is a 260‑unit, garden‑style community located in the Wagon Trails submarket of Northeast Colorado Springs. Community amenities include a clubhouse and resident lounge, swimming pool, fitness center, entertainment and theatre room, community kitchen, outdoor fireplace and grilling stations, and a dog park.
About the Role Northland is seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the overall appearance of our grounds. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness of our community.
Perform regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or other equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
Maintain walkways, parking lots, recreation spaces, and other common areas by regularly cleaning and removing debris to ensure a safe and inviting environment for residents and visitors.
Actively ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent service to our residents and visitors.
Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to operate small hand tools and power equipment safely, showcasing your technical skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Possess good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, helping you effectively manage your workload and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
May be required to operate a golf cart on the property.
Benefits Highlights
Base Compensation: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
