We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for technical positions using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and candidate communication. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably technical recruiting or staffing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus.
