Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
We are hiring a
Marketing & Creative Operations Assistant
to support our brand presence, content creation, and client experience. This role combines marketing, design, AI content generation, video editing, and light operations. You will help strengthen our visibility on LinkedIn and Instagram, edit and repurpose videos, update our website, and enhance patient facing materials using AI and design tools.
You will receive clear brand direction, but we expect initiative, creativity, ownership, and the ability to execute independently at a high standard.
Responsibilities Create and schedule content for
LinkedIn
and
Instagram
(posts, reels, carousels, stories).
Edit videos: trimming, subtitles, formatting, sound/voice enhancement using AI tools.
Repurpose long-form content into short clips for social media.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, Canva AI, image/voice enhancers) to generate drafts of posts, scripts, captions, and design elements.
Update and maintain the company
website
(no coding required).
Assist in
design and branding
of PDFs, patient guides, and digital resources.
Improve client experience through small automations and streamlined digital materials.
Support email marketing, newsletters, and content organization.
Keep brand visuals cohesive and aligned with company standards.
Strong understanding of
Instagram and LinkedIn
content strategy.
Ability to edit, and format
short-form video
(Reels/TikTok style).
Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Descript, or similar).
Comfortable using
AI tools
for content, audio enhancement, and graphics.
Good design sense; experience with Canva or other design platforms.
Ability to manage simple website updates (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
Strong written communication and ability to adapt to a brand voice.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge in marketing, digital content creation, or a similar creative role.
Demonstrated ability to edit short-form video for social media.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and media enhancement.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Strong English writing and communication skills. Its a plus if you also speak spanish.
Basic understanding of branding, design, and customer experience.
