As a Showing Agent, you’ll be the in-person guide for buyers as they tour homes throughout the Orlando area. You’ll work closely with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and gain real-world exposure to what it takes to succeed in real estate — all while building your confidence and skill set. This is more than a support role — it’s a

What You’ll Do
Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role Qualifications
Who You Are
Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it! Compensation
