We’re actively expanding in West Palm Beach, FL, and seeking a motivated, customer-focused 440 FL Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. If you're a licensed professional who loves solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact—this is your chance.
Position Overview As a 440 FL Insurance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. You’ll assist with both new policies and existing accounts, manage walk-ins and call-ins, and ensure clients receive unmatched service from start to finish.
This is a full-time salaried position with commissions and performance bonuses. Whether you're early in your insurance career or looking to grow into a leadership role, we provide the tools, support, and opportunity to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and service personal lines P&C products, including auto, renters, homeowners, and small business policies
Manage inbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist walk‑in clients
Assess customer needs and recommend the most appropriate coverage
Process new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy
Build strong client relationships through professional and timely communication
Stay current on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
Meet monthly goals for sales and service benchmarks
What You Bring to the Table
Active 440 Customer Representative License (State of Florida) – REQUIRED
1+ year of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and follow‑through
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
Base Salary:
$35,000 – $45,000 annually (based on experience)
Commissions:
Competitive structure with uncapped earning potential
Bonuses:
Monthly and quarterly performance‑based incentives
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (occasional Saturdays optional)
Paid time off and holidays
Ongoing training and development
Clear path for promotion into 220 Licensing and beyond
