Seeking a detail-oriented analyst to help process and audit all daily, weekly and monthly functions relating to the Commission Processing Team (CPT) to help ensure timely and accurate payment to wellness advocates. The ideal candidate will play a vital role within the Global Commissions Department on a day-to-day basis to assist with department processes, requests and functions, and be willing to challenge the status quo.**Job Responsibilities:*** Participate in weekly and monthly Commission run processing, reporting, and auditing* Pre-commission run data reconciliation & clean up* Post-commission run data/payment reconciliation & analysis* Write, revise, and improve auditing procedures for commission run processing* Create commission analysis reports utilizing queries & system data* Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to increase efficiencies and/or automate processes within CPT* Commissions-related project management of new market launches & compensation plan changes/enhancements* Business analysis of all commission processing, reconciliation, development and payment efforts* Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compliance, and other business partners to resolve commission issues and implement system improvements* Gather and document business requirements for commission-related enhancements and new development projects* Develop and perform test cases to validate system changes, commission calculations, and updates* Complete testing to ensure new features meet requirements before deployment* Assist in identifying, researching, and mitigating commission-related risk, including potential manipulation of the compensation plan and exception/adjustment requests* Perform other Commission processes as needed**Job Qualifications:*** Graduate of 4 - year college/university, or equivalent work experience* Motivated and extremely punctual self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision* Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with the timely processing of weekly and monthly commission runs* Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend solutions* Interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a demonstrable ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, wellness advocates, and company contacts* Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong MS Excel skills* Familiarity and experience in querying multiple database platforms and report writing with SQL* Excellent telephone, verbal, writing, and organization skillsdoTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
