In this role, you’ll partner with individuals and families to design personalized financial plans that support both short- and long-term objectives. Through hands‑on mentorship, advanced planning tools, and collaboration with seasoned professionals, you’ll develop the expertise and confidence needed to grow a successful practice and make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver holistic financial planning and ongoing guidance to clients
Collaborate with Senior Advisors and specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions
Analyze client financial data to develop customized investment, risk management, and retirement strategies
Grow a client base through networking, marketing initiatives, and firm-supported resources
Prepare and present clear, accurate financial plans and recommendations
Responsibilities
Guide clients through comprehensive, fee-based financial planning
Serve as a licensed advisor while actively developing new business
Receive support tailored for both industry newcomers and experienced advisors transitioning from other institutions
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Must be a local candidate
Required licenses to begin: Life & Health, SIE, and Series 66
Prior sales experience and/or a bachelor’s degree preferred
Ideal for individuals seeking an organization that aligns with their long-term goals
Compensation:
$70,000 – $160,000 per year
