Drive and operate farm machines such as tractors, sprayers, forklifts, and backhoes to plant, prune, thin, spray, and harvest grape vineyards. Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Follow directions for mixing and applying herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides under the supervision of a licensed applicator. Engage in vineyard tasks including pruning, tying, hand hoeing, planting, shoot thinning, cluster thinning, leaf pulling, pest control, spraying, mowing, trimming, weeding, moving catch wires, shoot positioning, trellis repair, and construction. Workers must physically lift up to 80 pounds, carry 35‑lb. lugs of picked grapes over the head out of rows, record weight data, and take samples from crushed grapes for analysis. The employer will provide all tools and equipment. Workers should wear suitable work clothing. Field temperatures may range from 0 to 90+ °F with potential wet mornings. Applicants must comprehend simple English instructions. After hiring, the employer may conduct random drug tests at the employer’s expense. Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience in the aforementioned skills and duties is required.

Driver requirements.
Exposure to extreme temperatures, repetitive movements, and extensive pushing/pulling.
