Full-Time Customer Service Representative
who brings empathy, professionalism, and positivity to every interaction.
This is not just a front desk role. You are the first voice our clients hear, the first face they see, and the lasting impression they take with them. Your presence matters to our clients, our patients, and our entire team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
Managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming reminders.
Handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Communicating clearly with the medical team to support smooth patient flow.
Creating a calm, organized, and supportive front desk experience, even during busy or emotional moments.
Recognizing that your words, tone, and presence directly shape each client’s experience.
