Overview
HVAC Installation Coordinator - Wednesday-Saturday; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am-8 pm and Wednesday from 2 pm-8 pm. EANES, a Horizon Services company, is growing again. We are seeking an Install Coordinator with at least one year of administrative experience to assist our HVAC Installation team in our High Point, NC office. Enter and access information in the customer database accurately and efficiently. Call customers to confirm appointments and dispatch technicians as needed. Obtain permits and confirm client appointments. Perform general administrative tasks: filing, faxing, copying, and preparing job packets. Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel. Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to support the installation team. Qualifications
At least one year of administrative experience. Ability to learn and proficiently use our customer database. Strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits and Compensation
