Shifts and Hours 3rd shift – 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
Essential Responsibilities
Execute maintenance assignments promptly to minimize downtime and maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns; make necessary adjustments.
Maintain equipment in safe, efficient operating condition.
Translate OEM documentation into actionable maintenance standards.
Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, inventory management, and recordkeeping.
Assist with production line changeovers and setup adjustments.
Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Support structured improvement initiatives and special projects.
Disassemble, inspect, and repair defective machine parts using hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with other maintenance and production team members.
Take ownership of work performance and demonstrate consistent craftsmanship.
Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of maintenance experience with fillers or comparable automated systems.
2+ years of experience in high‑speed production environments.
Strong knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and equipment fault isolation.
Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.
Experience with Norden, Zalkin, or Kapsall equipment preferred.
