Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
What You’ll Do
Assist in operating blown film extrusion lines to ensure smooth production.
Help with setup for production runs and roll changes.
Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks.
Maintain materials and handle inventory accurately.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
Keep the department clean, organized, and safe.
Learn and grow toward becoming an Extruder Operator.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in a technical or manufacturing role.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to follow directions.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing stairs.
Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools.
Reliable, flexible, and a great team player with excellent communication skills.
