New York City –
5 days/week in office
Level:
3rd-year Analyst, Associate, or hands‑on VP

FinTech, payments, and digital assets / crypto

Collegial “gentlemen’s bank,” small team, broad product exposure, strong growth trajectory
You’ll be close to the work: in models, on the floor, and in front of internal and international stakeholders as the platform continues to scale.
What you’ll do
Run
core execution work
across live and pitch situations:
Build and maintain
three‑statement models , DCFs, comps, and other valuation analyses
Support / lead work on
equity deals , credit transactions, and
securitization facilities
Take meaningful ownership on deals:
Help structure and run processes as a bookrunner / co‑manager
Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and internal memos
Work across a
diverse product and sector platform :
Focus on
FinTech, payments, and digital assets , with flexibility to apply strong training from other sectors
Coordinate with product and sector partners across the bank’s global network
Contribute to
team development and training :
Mentor and help train the analyst class; raise the bar on modeling and technical standards
Bring best practices from big‑bank training programs and help adapt them to this platform
Help shape how the team operates:
Improve processes, staffing approaches, and how work is organized as the group grows
Be visible on the floor and across offices as a key execution resource
What we’re looking for
Training & experience
Ideally
3+ years of investment banking experience
(3rd-year Analyst, Associate, or VP who still loves execution)
Formal
big‑bank training
(large US or European banks strongly preferred)
Solid track record with
multiple deal iterations across products
– not just one or two transactions
Technical skills
Strong
Excel and modeling
skills: full three‑statement models, valuation work, scenario analysis
Experience with
equity products, credit work, and securitization facilities
Able to run numbers and help pressure‑test models from less experienced team members
Sector exposure
Prior work in
FinTech, payments, or digital assets / crypto
is ideal
Open to strong athletes from other sectors (e.g., industrials) with excellent training and the ability to transition
Mindset & fit
Hands‑on
“model jock”
who genuinely likes being at the keyboard and getting things done
Comfortable in a
small, collegial team
with high visibility and broad responsibility
Willing and able to
train and uplift junior talent
No ego around level: open to being an analyst‑promote, associate, or VP who’s happy to do IC work
Location
Must be
based in New York City
or able to relocate; this is
not remote
In‑office presence is critical to building relationships and visibility across the bank
