Wednesday | 11 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday + Friday | 5 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday | 5 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay | $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, mechanical equipment, and building systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and mechanical issues through inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Inspect and maintain motors, drives, belts, filters, and fluid levels following preventive maintenance checklists.
Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, electronic components, plumbing systems, machinery, and equipment.
Dismantle machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, and tools to access and replace faulty parts.
Clean, lubricate, and service bearings, gears, shafts, and other moving components.
Operate and test machinery to verify proper functionality after repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repair types, labor, and material costs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical, electrical, and maintenance troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment
Solid understanding of machinery, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance practices
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production systems
Working knowledge of engineering principles and applied technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Detail‑oriented team player with a proactive approach to maintenance
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
8-10 years of hands‑on maintenance technician experience
in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
