Lot Operations Coordinator - FULL-TIME

United Recovery & Remarketing
(Blue Island, IL). Full‑time Monday‑Friday. Entry‑level position starting at $18‑$19/hour. Training provided.
Responsibilities
Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
Provide professional service to transporters and third parties authorized on the lot.
Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment screening.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmission.
Basic computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Physical Requirements
Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Ability to lift or move items at least 25 pounds.
Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Physical Work Environment
Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, temperature changes, weather, slightly elevated noise levels, fumes, odors, and dust.
