ITS has an immediate opening for a Dock Coordinator at our customer’s operation in Sparks, NV. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To provide a professional level of service

Verify all information on BOL’S are correct

Assign loads to a door/break seal/secure load with a glade hand lock

Communicate with the Warehouse to direct workload

Update workload database for Warehouse

Print BOL’S VIA Datex/Softeon

Process daily inbound receipts and orders

Help CSR with daily workload

Solving daily issues

Walking dock to see what inbound, outbound, and empty trailers we have and follow up with an email

Some inventory control

Position Requirements The successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

Excellent knowledge of grammar.

Excellent writing skills

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

Knowledge of business principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Repetitive motion involved daily may include, but not limited to, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting

Basic Warehouse knowledge
