Position Description Building and Grounds Specialist II – Overall goal: Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly; maintain all landscaping, internal and external painting, and support OurRecipe@SauerBrands.

Job Summary Primary focus is to perform specialty tasks required for building maintenance and assist contractors. Provide other building maintenance where needed.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Welding and Fabrication (+5 years experience)
Proficient in MIG, Stick and TIG welding (Stainless and aluminum)
Pipe fitting, route, fabricate and install new sanitary and steam line
Certification preferred
Material inventory
Wastewater (+2 years experience)
Operate DAF
Pump changeouts
Chemical testing and correction
Record keeping and ensure permit compliance
Chemical inventory
License holder
HVAC (+2 years experience)
Ammonia system knowledge
HVAC knowledge
Installation/removals
Repairs
Preventive maintenance
Good housekeeping practices
Order and maintain necessary inventory of supplies
Assist in other mechanical duties as required
Confined space entry of tanks and rigging
Complete any tasks given by department management
