Position Title:
Vat Operator
Wage: $19.38/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 5:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Vat Operator at a company in Norwalk, IA. This is a temporary position for 1st shift. Apply today!
Vat Operator Responsibilities:
Operate process system and CIP system
Record time, temps, pressure and flow rates as required
Detect, report or act upon any system abnormality
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance repairs
Clean silos, mix room, totes, pumps, press and lines as necessary
Monitor chemical usage in the chemical rooms and make sure all drums have proper chemicals in them and operating correctly
Prepare written reports and maintain assigned logs, records, and other documentation as required by the company and USDA
Requirements for Vat Operator:
Able to read in English
Comfortable working with computers
Able to work in warmer temperatures
Able to bend, twist and semi-repetitively lift up to 75lbs
Able to stand for duration of shift
