Position Summary The RFS Planned Maintenance Associate is responsible for supporting our coffee and water services by ensuring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Clean, inspect, and maintain coffee and water equipment to ensure a professional and reliable operation
Perform routine planned maintenance tasks on coffee brewers, water systems, and related equipment
Ensure coffee and water stations are clean, organized, and meet Five Star quality standards
Verify promotional signage and branding materials are properly displayed and up to date
Identify aging, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment and request repairs or replacements as needed
Support route drivers and technicians by maintaining readiness and appearance of assigned equipment

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform light physical tasks (cleaning, stocking, light lifting, basic maintenance)

Previous experience in coffee service, water systems, maintenance, or refreshment services preferred but not required
