Responsibilities As an

Audit Support Agent , you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made.

Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested.

Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure all errors are corrected.

Maintains a working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services as they related to marketing and the Company as a whole.

Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

We believe that at the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required.

Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute.

Exemplary organizational skills.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.

Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
