Whether you’re cooking on the line, prepping ingredients, or keeping the kitchen running clean and organized, your work directly shapes the Viva Chicken experience.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards
Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Support teammates across the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
Take pride in consistency, quality, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Dependability, accountability, and respect for your craft
Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift, and carry throughout a shift
Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide training
ServSafe certification is a plus
Must be at least 16 years old

Competitive hourly pay : $14–$18 per hour
