Busy Automotive Group looking for a responsible detail oriented Motor Vehicle Processor to join our team. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience and must have fingerprints and background check already done.

CDK and Vitu knowledge required

Responsibilities:

Applicant will be responsible for 3 dealerships

Process all new and used retail/lease deals for title and registration

Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure compliance with NJ state requirements

Verify accuracy of all documents including titles, registrations, odometer statements

Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements

Handle corrections for rejected or returned paperwork

Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines

Assemble inspection stickers to put with license plates and registrations

Additional office duties when necessary

Qualifications

CDK Knowledge

Vitu processing knowledge

Minimum 3 years experience in a dealership environment

Strong attention to detail

Understanding of state title and registration regulations
