STARBUCKS BARISTA Recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic barista to deliver an exceptional coffee experience at our flagship Starbucks location. This role focuses on customer service, coffee preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain enthusiastic customer service and awareness.

Assist customers with product suggestions and special orders.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items according to company standards.

Operate equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, ovens, and registers.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and visual appeal of the Starbucks area and equipment.

Ensure proper temperatures during preparation, display, and storage.

Stock, rotate, and organize inventory to ensure freshness and compliance.

Perform receiving duties and maintain accurate department records.

Complete daily logs, production charts, and other required paperwork.

Implement promotional and seasonal displays and ensure compliance with labeling laws and company policies.

Operate equipment such as coffee machines, blenders, ovens, and pallet jacks

Educational Requirements

Food safety knowledge certification preferred

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel, including overnight travel, may be required

Other Requirements

Must comply with grooming and dress code standards

May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Good attendance is required

Exposure to refrigerated conditions (around 35°F) and freezer (-20°F)
