Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant works closely with other Administrators and field personnel to organize files, payroll data entry, and prepare reports and documents.

Pay:

Starts at a minimum of $18.00 /Hour, negotiable with experience

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Purchase Orders

Jobvite-PrintOutResumes & SetUp Interviews

Equifax-Onboarding of New Employees

Keep Fleet/Logs Updated on Tags/Registrations/Weights of Vehicles/etc.

NC 811 Locate Tickets

Billings

Expense Reports

Answering Phones

Record Keeping / Filing

General Office Duties

Accepting Deliveries and Mail Sorting

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Spectrum a plus

Background in smart sheet a plus

Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information

Fleet experience preferred but not required

Must be able to communicate with others

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

2+ years of experience in either construction or utilities industries.

Pre-Screen

Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications

Driver's License required
