We are a growing events and promotions company expanding our Event Sales team. We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to support face-to-face sales activity at live events, promotional activations, and high‑traffic locations across the area.
This is an entry‑level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, career changers, or anyone ready to step into a dynamic, customer‑facing role.
The Role
As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll play an active role in delivering engaging event experiences while supporting sales and promotional campaigns. You’ll interact directly with customers, communicate key messages clearly, and help drive positive results for each campaign.
This is a hands‑on, in‑person role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with your team, build confidence quickly, and gain practical experience in sales, communication, and live events.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
Engaging members of the public at live events and promotional locations
Promoting products or campaigns through confident, face‑to‑face communication
Explaining key information clearly and answering customer questions
Supporting event setup, flow, and overall customer experience
Working with your team to achieve daily sales and performance goals
Developing sales, presentation, and communication skills through hands‑on experience
You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching, so you’re fully supported as you grow into the role.
