Job Description What You’ll Do: As an Industrial Paint Prep / Helper, you will support the painting and sandblasting teams by preparing parts and materials for coating. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, playing a key part in ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Washing, masking, sanding, and preparing parts for paint
Hanging and moving parts to and from the paint booth
Assisting painters and sandblasters as needed
Cleaning and maintaining prep areas, tools, and equipment
Performing light sandblasting when required
Following safety procedures and quality guidelines
Filling in where needed to support production flow
