Iron Soul Fitness is seeking a Group Coach who loves people and believes members are capable of more than they give themselves credit for. Our coaches host, coach, and teach movement, creating safe, engaging, and inclusive classes while celebrating effort, progress, and community.

Qualifications
Preferred certifications include NASM CPT, ACE Group Fitness, NSCA CSCS, CrossFit
Duties Lead safe, engaging group classes that challenge all fitness levels. Host, coach, and teach movement, providing real-time cues, corrections, and progressions. Adapt exercises to individual needs while keeping class flow. Start and end classes on time, maintain professionalism, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. Celebrate effort, recognize progress, and foster community, fun, and accountability in every session.
This role can be combined with other coaching or personal training roles. Benefits include full access to the gym and the ability to train on your own schedule.
