Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and security of guests, staff and property
Resolve potential problems or safety concerns
Resolve matters that include public relations, medical emergencies, and criminal incidents
Assist pool attendants on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Previous phone experience preferred
Effective listening skills
Patient and friendly demeanor
Ability to make good judgment calls
