General Description Come join our growing facilities team! We are seeking a qualified and highly competent property maintenance technician to grow with us as we take the next steps in our portfolio management. Our facilities team manages the operations of our properties through the towns of Eagle, Gypsum and Avon.
Duties may include, but are not limited to: reviewing and completing work orders, walkway maintenance, door repairs, rubbish removal, monthly site inspections, janitorial services, plumbing, maintenance tracking, and scheduling systems, HVAC, painting, furniture relocation, assist in construction/renovation projects, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
Inspect facilities regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
Execute routine maintenance in all facilities.
Assist manager in organizing repair projects in a manner that does not disturb clients.
Act quickly and effectively to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages).
Track expenses and activity logs.
Other duties as required by the Facilities and Property Manager.
Work Experience Requirements
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Experience in operating various equipment, including snowblowers, lawnmowers, and small hand tools.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED.
