What will you get to do as a Care Companion?
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Provide social engagement in a 1:1 setting.
Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instruction.
Alert the clinical team to assist residents with activities of daily living per their care plan or as needed.
Why we want you on our team
You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A current certification as a CNA is a plus but not needed.
