$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through telehealth services. This position emphasizes therapeutic progress, continuity of care, and clear documentation. It is designed for clinicians who want meaningful work without in-person practice demands.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Develop and revise treatment plans based on client needs
Document sessions clearly and efficiently
Review clinical notes for quality and accuracy
Participate in case planning discussions
Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements
Qualifications
Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Minimum 2 years of post‑licensure experience
Telehealth experience preferred
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
