Required Teaching Qualifications
A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
Junior Qualifications
Position Criteria
Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents
Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac)
Evidence of understanding of varied learners with a focus on ‘at‑risk’ students
Evidence of supporting Literacy and Numeracy from a whole school perspective
Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work
Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to utilize EDSBY to support student learning and guardian communication
