WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE – ALCOHOL SERVICE TEAM DOES
Our F&B team members are the backbone of guest satisfaction.You’llserve food and beverages,maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and presentation, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience.
A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER’S DAY-TO-DAY
Provide excellent guest service by answering questions andassistingwith inquiries.
Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions.
Assistguests with facility offerings to ensure a positive experience.
Prepare and sell food items; restock items and kitchens as needed.
Handle cash transactions, including operating POS systems and registers.
Maintain daily operation of food service areas.
Assistwith merchandising functions as needed.
Ensurehigh standardsof cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures andmaintaincompliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Maintainappropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
PassTIPScertification.
Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction.
Work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingprofessionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
WHAT IT TAKES
Minimum age: 18 (NC/FL/CA) or 21 (IL).
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Currently enrolled in high school or a high school diploma/equivalent.

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyou’llwalk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with someassistance.You’llwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
