We’re partnering with a growing firm in Austin, TX to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support their C-Suite leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being the right hand to senior executives.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and deadlines.
- Assist with special projects, investor communications, and firm events as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Professional presence and discretion when handling sensitive information.
