About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled

Marketing & Web Developer

who can combine technical web development expertise with modern digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complex needs of

automotive brands, manufacturers, or large corporate organizations .

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, landing pages, and digital marketing platforms for performance, usability, and conversion.

Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns, integrate messaging, and build digital assets that align with corporate brand standards.

Implement and support

SEO ,

CRO , and

analytics strategies

to increase traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Create and manage content updates, including visuals, page layouts, and web copy, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone.

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, sales, and product teams to ensure web properties comply with enterprise security and governance requirements.

Configure and manage integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and customer data tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, etc.).

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve page speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

Manage web development projects end-to-end, including QA testing, deployment, version control, and documentation.

Provide recommendations and new ideas to improve digital experiences, customer journeys, and marketing effectiveness.

Stay current with web development trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in the automotive or enterprise space.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a hybrid marketing/web role.

Strong working knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.).

Familiarity with

SEO tools , analytics platforms, and tag implementation (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).

Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and navigating structured processes, approvals, or compliance standards.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: lead generation, user journeys, CTAs, and campaign performance.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience supporting automotive, manufacturing, or B2B industrial organizations.

Experience in large corporate environments with multi-layered brand, legal, or IT requirements.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as

HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Mailchimp .

Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).

Familiarity with automotive dealership systems and platforms such as

CDK Global

and

vAuto , including the ability to support integration, reporting, or marketing workflows tied to these tools.

Experience working with inventory feeds, dealership website platforms, and third-party automotive data providers.

Familiarity with frameworks such as React/Vue or backend technologies like PHP/Node.js (not required but helpful).

Basic design skills with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.

Compensation Pay range is $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
