Heartlinks ABA is a growing, multi-state company owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. Our focus is on providing quality ABA therapy, which is a clinically proven, naturalistic teaching, primarily in homes. We support infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder in developing essential communication, social interaction and behaviors as well as daily living skills.

We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours
Join our BCBA tuition scholarship & tuition reimbursement program
Responsibilities
Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
Complete progress notes in our data collection system
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
Pass a criminal background check
