Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of team leads and Direct Support Professionals
Support members directly in their homes (approx. 5% of time) and ensure service plans are followed
Conduct house inspections and observe staff‑member interactions
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managed care organizations, and DHS
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and review member care plans
Monitor compliance with agency directives, HCBS standards, and policies/procedures
Provide on‑call support and cover shifts when needed
Manage administrative tasks including timecard approvals, attendance, mileage, and billing
Recruit, onboard, and train new staff
Conduct performance evaluations and produce individual development plans
What You’ll Need
High school diploma (postsecondary degree or higher preferred)
2+ years of leadership experience in a formal team lead or equivalent role
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
Willingness to work flexible hours for training, coverage, or mandatory events
Experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care roles preferred
Leadership mindset: motivate your team, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement
