Support integration project planning and execution
by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and work breakdown structures aligned to delivery milestones Develop and maintain integration reporting
by producing weekly and monthly dashboards and metrics that track progress, risks, and outcomes Analyze project data
to identify trends, risks, and lessons learned, enabling informed short‑and long‑term decision making Collaborate on budget development and tracking
by using reporting tools and data to monitor spend, forecasts, and variances Contribute to risk management efforts
by supporting risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning across integration initiatives Maintain integration tools and resources
including project workbooks, playbooks, and shared collaboration sites to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders
to align activities, share insights, and support integration governance forums and working sessions Support integration events and communications
by preparing data‑driven materials and metrics used for leadership updates and publications What You Will Need
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum
2 years
of professional work experience in project coordination, analytics, operations, or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred) Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) Experience preparing dashboards, metric reports, or executive‑level data summaries
